Siem Reap and Phnom Penh have international airports and Sihanoukville has recently been updgraded so it should start operating international flights later in 2010. Connections are good to the major Asian hubs - Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, as well as Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and Hanoi in Vietnam. Cambodia is serviced by budget airlines that now operate in Southeast Asia, and travel to Cambodia is often much cheaper if you fly via one of the hubs (although the journey time will be longer).
