Phnom Penh-Siem Reap flights are currently operated only by the new Cambodia Angkor Air, which took over the route previously run by a series of local airlines. Cambodia Angkor Air is a joint project between Vietnam Airlines and the Cambodian government. Flight costs are from $75 one-way, and were initially on Vietnamese planes, although CAA has acquired its own (new) aircraft, and has been given the code K6 by IATA, although it is still common to see VN (Vietnam Airlines) codes in use. Flights depart five times a day from Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
We are not, generally, able to supply (long haul) international air tickets, but arranging domestic flight tickets is possible, and we commonly arrange Siem Reap-Phnom Penh flights (and vice versa). We can offer further advice on traveling to Cambodia by air, but we have found that we cannot (usually) find better deals than are able to be found on the internet. We therefore recommend that you arrange your flight to Cambodia, and let us look after you once you are here. It is sometimes possible to arrange group flights to Cambodia, so please get in contact if you would like to investigate cheap flight packages to the country.
Phnom Penh is the beating heart of Cambodia. Like many Southeast Asian cities, Phnom Penh is a hive of activity, and simply soaking up the atmosphere on the buzzing streets while exploring the main sights is a great way to while away a day or two in the capital. There is also much to explore nearby (see our Phnom Penh page), and excellent dining, hotel and entertainment choices make this an exciting and pleasant stopover destination.
Peerless service standards and local positioning have made us the tour operator of choice by international luxury travel groups and discerning independent travellers to Angkor Wat, Cambodia and Southeast Asia.
